Game-based Exercise Project explores games as potential systems of rehabilitation via which people who are in need of exercise rehabilitation can be supported within a gameplay experience. The project aims to develop suitable game-based exercise experiences to help people with age related symptoms/conditions and people with chronic diseases. This questionnaire is created to collect demographics information from a potential player base.

We would love to learn about you more and hear your interests so that we can provide a best possible experience within our game-based exercise programme for therapy and rehabilitation.

The purpose of this survey is collecting demographics data without any personal information linked to the given answers. Therefore we do not ask you to provide your name or any communication details, neither an email or phone number. However, if you would like to be involved in the further stages of the project and/or participate in the future user studies, please feel free to get in touch with the researchers via the means of communication provided at the end of the questionnaire.

Please answer the questions as much as you can even though you may feel they seem irrelevant.
