Please use this form to select your option preferences for the subjects you would like to study in Year 9.

We ask you to provide your email address so that you can get a copy of your options choices sent to you for confirmation.

Please ensure that you have discussed these option choices with your child's tutor as part of your RAP meeting. These meeting are due to take place in the week beginning 8th February.
