Guidelines For Policy
Banner Criteria: The banners must be 40” long by 30” wide (total size) with a 4” pocket on the top and the same on the bottom. There will be no commercial advertising for private businesses, products or services, or non-community events. There should also be no religious and no political messages, including those intended to make or promote a religion or public policy position. There will also be no logos or references to tobacco, alcohol, drugs, profanity or other related topics, images or graphics that are deemed offensive or inappropriate. The limit of banners that can be placed around town by any organization is 12.

Application Process: Applications should be filled out four weeks prior to the requested display date Applicants are responsible for all costs related to the design, production, installation, maintenance and removal of any banners granted permission to be located on streetlights. As a disclaimer, filling out a request does not guarantee design approval for banner designs or a reservation of banners during a specific time. 

Instructions: Once filled out, please email completed form and the proposed banner design to lance@eastonedc.com.

Once the banners are made, please drop them off at 9030 Mistletoe Drive


Once the application is done and artwork is approved, you are responsible for identifying a company to make the banners and figuring out instillation. This form is in place to help the town of Easton catalogue requests and help with scheduling for banners around town.
