The Cynthia Delano Myers Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to honor our esteemed colleague, Dr. Cynthia Myers who lost her life to cancer in 2008. The fund is intended to help massage therapists attend the biennial Oncology Massage Healing Summit. Scholarship recipients are chosen by a committee of volunteers (who are also members) and awarded to a selected number of qualifying applicants (worth $360.00 to cover the cost of the conference fee). A select number of partial scholarships are also awarded. You must be a member of S4OM to apply. Particular preference is given to applications received from massage therapists who have chosen to focus (or plan to focus) their practice on work with clients affected by cancer.

The deadline to apply is November 1, 2019. Applicants will have a reply by Dec. 1, 2019.
