熱愛風土的人們 Terroir Lovers 來到第四場客座主廚活動,本次特邀台法混血的【主廚侯昱瑋Cyril擔任客座主廚,與康拓洋行共同創辦人 Yohan 同為全球知名的美食老饕俱樂部 Beefsteak&Burgundy Club Taipei 會員,兩位好友對美食與美酒擁有無比的熱情,因此催生了本次的客座主廚活動!

主廚 Cyril 將為康拓洋行設計【巴黎小酒館 Origines 復刻版特製菜單】,七道式菜單搭配康拓洋行特選五道酒款,跟著我們一起重回巴黎小酒館,享受這次主廚Cyril 再次呈現別具風味的法式風情  

Yes, it is the 4th Terroir Lovers special guest chef event! Joined by Chef Cyril, sharing the same passion for good food & wine with Le Comptoir co-founder Yohan Morel, they're both part of the world known Beefsteak&Burgundy Club Taipei, thus borned the 4th edition Terroir Lovers!

As a guest chef, Chef Cyril will design【Retrospective "Origines" by Chef Cyril 7-course menu】, paired with 5 selected Le Comptoir wines. Let's go back to the good old times, and enjoy the unique French-style menu from Origines!


【主廚介紹】

台法混血的主廚侯昱瑋Cyril,雖然大學時的主修跟餐飲完全無關,卻憑藉著對於烹飪的濃厚興趣,於畢業後前往法國知名的餐飲學校「斐杭迪」攻讀。在斐杭迪紮實的訓練下,奠定了他對料理的看法 – 簡單卻不簡單、這就是法式料理的基礎。

秉持著這樣的概念,畢業後隻身來到台北,開設了他的第一間餐廳 - Origines以法國最鄰家親切的Bistro為概念,Origines 是一間結合酒窖與法式Birstro 菜色的餐酒館。

Cyril Hou is a multi-faceted chef on a quest of flavors and simplicity. Hospitality is a concept that is very close to his heart, as such he joined the Ferrandi school of gastronomy and hospitality in Paris, where he met characters that led him to believe that doing simple is not easy but is the base of french cooking. 

It is based on this very concept that he moved to Taipei and opened Origines, a bistro and wine cellar that was innovative in French bistro cooking and wines by the glass.
