This order form is for a "Home Transformation Session" gift certificate to be sent via EMAIL. (Custom amounts are available as well; please contact me directly and I'll send you an invoice.)

To order an EMAIL gift certificate to be sent electronically for the above service, please fill out the form below and complete your payment via the secure checkout link at the end. (Paper gift certificates are recommended though, since there is a reduced risk of their landing in an email spam folder or being accidentally deleted.)

Recipients will be able to redeem their certificate for either an in-home visit (Santa Cruz County residents only) or a virtual meeting (remote clients). Gift certificates do not expire.

A customized email certificate / PDF attachment (sample shown below) will be sent to the email address you provide in this form. It will be sent within 1-2 business days of purchase, with the choice of having it sent directly to you or the recipient. Please be sure to enter all information carefully and double-check for accuracy.

(Gift certificates are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or misused.)
