In this role, you will work across various projects collaborating with the best and brightest minds to deliver organization and people transformation solutions for our clients. Your key responsibilities includes;

- Understanding client’s needs, business context and insights and developing analysis to support solution development and decision making
- Contributing to the design, development, and delivery of consulting solutions to clients
- Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients’ working team and provide client support for a smooth and successful project delivery
- Contributing to the business development process including proposal development, customer leads and industry insights research, etc.
- Initiating value added ideas and activities to advance the team and your role as a business analyst
