Any 4-H member/leader may nominate ONE member per age division (Jr., Int., Sr.).  Nominations are due by September 21 by 5pm.  Those nominated will be notified and asked to complete a Career Summary by October 8th.

A 4-H member may only win the "outstanding" award on time in each age category.

Judging of the "outstanding" award is completed by an unbiased committee, selected by the Extension Office.

To insure the honor and integrity of winning the "outstanding" award , the application must be:
  * Completed on Career Summary only, no additional information and pictures will be allowed.
  * Only those nominated may turn in the Career Summary
  * Career Summaries may be completed on the computer or handwritten.
  * We ask that the member do as much of the work as possible.
  * The nominations will also be a part of the judging and shared with the committee.
