Format: G30+5 sec increment, 3 rounds, Swiss
Sessions:
Open Session: current USCF rating is above 1000 or unrated adult players, play up is also acceptable
Under 1000 Session: current USCF rating is under 1000 or unrated scholastic players

This is a free tournament and participation is at your own free will. There are two waiver forms you need to agree and sign. Chess In Action fully respects your right and your preference. Waiver form A: 1. Chess In Action requires that every player and every spectator must wear face mask. We respect that some people may not prefer to wear face mask. In that case, please kindly not participate in this event.2. Every player must sign a waiver form in order to participate this event.3. Every player must register in advance online. No onsite registration.4. Due to the size of the meeting room, we will limit the number of players as 60. The registration will be open to have some backup players.5. If a player is a minor, one parent should stay during the tournament. Chess In Action will not provide childcare service. If any player is lost or anything happened to a minor player, Chess In Action will not be responsible. 6. If any player or spectator gets sick due to attending or watching this tournament, Chess In Action will not be hold responsible. 7. Chess In Action should not be liable for any direct or indirect personal belongings loss or damage, and any personal physical body sickness or injury. *

Waiver form B: Chess In Action may take pictures or record part of the tournament. Here I grant the permission to Chess In Action to take pictures or make recordings of me or my children who are in this event. I also grant the permissions to Chess In Action to use these pictures or recordings on Chess In Action website and on other social media for promotion or fundraising purposes. *
