2024 Ability First Summer Camp Informational Form
Please fill out this form completely to indicate your interest in attending this year's camp. Camp will be held June 16th through the 22nd 2024 at the Chico State dorms. Participants attending Ability First must meet the criteria of having an identified physical disability. Acceptance to camp will be determined for those who can benefit from adapted sports. Completing this form does not guarantee a spot. 

At this point, we are planning to welcome all ages for our summer camp but we confirm this as we approach sign up deadlines. We will also confirm additional specifics for camp via email, social media posts, and town hall meetings.
