Nezapomeň, že je potřeba uklidit svou část pokoje. Nezapomeň utřít prach i na vrchní polici knihovny a na skříni. Paní pokojské se také zaměřují na úklid lednice a mikrovlnné trouby. Podrobný seznam, na co si dát při úklidu pozor najdeš na webu.
Při vystěhování je každému studentovi účtován správní poplatek 200 Kč (viz. Řád Kampus Palace a Sazebník poplatků a pokut).
Při stěhování dříve než je konec platnosti smlouvy ti nevzniká nárok na slevu z nájemného (pokud nebylo předem domluveno)!

If you have a room reserved for the summer holidays (July and August), ignore this questionnaire.
The room check is only possible on working days from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.! At the appointed time, pick up the handover protocol at the reception and a Kampus Palace employee will go to check the room.
Eviction is only possible on working days, i.e. the latest day to move out of the room and hand over the keys is June 28th, 2024.
Don't forget that you need to clean your part of the room. Don't forget to wipe the dust on the top shelf of the library and the cupboard. Maids also focus on cleaning the fridge and microwave oven. You can find a detailed list of what to pay attention to during cleaning on the website.
When moving out, each student is charged an administrative fee of CZK 200 (see Kampus Palace Rules and Fees and Fines Schedule).
If you decide to move out before ending date of your contract, you are not automatically entitled to a discount of the rent (unless agreed in advance)!
