Clinic Details
• Working equitation (WE) welcomes riders of all disciplines and all equines (gaited, not gaited, mules).
• Each session will last 1.5-2 hours and have a maximum of 4 riders.
• The clinic will be held in an indoor arena.
• All participants must sign a facility release waiver.
• All horses must have current proof (within past 12 months) of negative Coggins test.
• Limited stabling is available; inquire for details.
• Clinic registration is not considered complete until payment is received.

FEES (payable via PayPal or by check)
$75 clinic registration
$10 facility fee

Auditors are welcome; fee is $10, payable by cash at the door or prepaid via PayPal.
Session Descriptions
𝗡𝗲𝘄𝗯𝗶𝗲: This group is for riders and horses who have no experience with WE obstacles. May include in-hand work; ridden work will be done at walk and trot.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼: This group is for riders and horses who have some experience with WE obstacles. Ridden work will be done at walk and trot.

𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: This group is for riders and horses who are confident with WE obstacles. Work will be done at walk, trot, and canter.


About the Clinician
Horses have been the center of Stephanie’s life since she was a small child. As a youth, she participated in both 4-H and Pony Club and competed successfully in many disciplines and events. Her awards include 1987 NRHA World Champion Limited Non Pro Reiner, Champion Amateur Working Hunter at All American Quarter Horse Congress three times, and 3rd place finish in Amateur Hunter Hack at the AQHA World Championship Show.  

Most recently, Stephanie has become involved in working equitation and in 2021 finished as Reserve Champion on the USAWE Leader Board in Open Level 4 in USA Working Equitation; was High Point Open Level 4 rider in the Northeast Region; and was USAWE Regional 6 L4 Open Champion.  

Stephanie has also competed in dressage, combined training, and USEF and AQHA All Around classes, which include western pleasure, western riding, horsemanship, and equitation. With her husband Mike, Stephanie currently co-manages Professional Horse Services (https://prohorseservices.com/), an online auction service used to market and sell horses. She and Mike also hold clinics and give private lessons at their farm in Round Hill, Virginia.
