10.30 : meeting at Rosa Luxemburg School- visit of the school, headmaster welcome
11.00 : icebreaking activities in mixed groups
12.00: rate yourself : scale 1-5, 1 = I know nothing about lesson study, 5= I know what I need to know to get started
12.05: discussion : differences and similitudes between lesson study in Norway and lesson study in the KA201SGE project
13.00: lunch (bring sandwiches with you)
14.00 : ice breaking activities with Rosa Luxemburg teachers
14.30 : workshop number one : in mixed groups teachers fill in charts regarding lesson study ( risks /rewards, benefits of collaboration/ challenge of collaboration), the group that fills in the charts with more topics win the competition. At the end each group shows its own work 15 .00 : workshop number two : analysis of lesson study observation charts used in the project Erasmus Plus KA201SGE : which are the most important indicators according to you and why ? The group should select a set of indicators and agree on them. Plenary session: discussion about the indicators chosen by each group. Self-assessment of the discussion inside the group
