The Orchard School RaiseRight Program Agreement

The Orchard School (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” and “our”) sponsors a RaiseRight program that allows you to purchase RaiseRight. RaiseRight, for the purpose of this agreement, is defined as a substitute for legal tender in the form of a physical or electronic gift card purchased through www.RaiseRight.com. The RaiseRight you purchase through our program generates rebates from participating retailers. These rebates can be used as a credit to your Smart Tuition account and/or as a charitable contribution to the school.

For administering the RaiseRight program, we will retain 0% of the rebates received from your RaiseRight purchases as an administration fee.

Our RaiseRight program distributes rebates on a monthly basis.

With respect to your charitable contributions, we will provide you with all required acknowledgments under sections 170(f)(8) and 170(f)(17) of the Internal Revenue Code. You agree to indemnify us against any loss incurred in connection with there being insufficient funds in your account to cover the checks or ACH transfers you issue to pay for your RaiseRight. We make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to RaiseRight. This agreement continues unless replaced by another and can be terminated by either of us upon 60 days of advance notice to the other.
