AVA Region IV Board/Officer Nominations

Please use this form to nominate an AVA member for one of the AVA Region IV Board of Directors Officer or District Representative positions. Officers are being elected for a 2 year term: October 8, 2022 - October 2024.

Qualifications: Officers and Directors must be a member of AVA and reside within the boundaries of Region IV.

A Region IV AVA member may nominate him or herself or any other member who meets the
Membership requirements.

Nominations open September 5, 2022 and close September 20, 2022.

Voting will take place between September 26, 2022 and Close October 6, 2022.

The Annual Meeting will be October 8, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. or after close of competition at Douglas County Fairgrounds, Castle Rock, Colorado, held during Region IV Octoberfest Vaulting Competition. The new Officers will be notified on October 7 and announced on October 8.

Please use one form per person nominated. You may nominate yourself. You may nominate members for multiple offices.

Each person nominated for an office must agree to duties set forth in Bylaws Article V, Sections 3 – 7. The Nominating Committee will contact the nominated individuals to ensure they are interested in the office and can agree to the duties, and will check AVA membership status.

The final slate of officers for the election will be determined by the current Region IV Nominating Committee, chaired by the current President, Loree Crow.
