> Are experts in Final Cut, Premiere Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
> Are great storytellers, first and foremost.
> Know how to find the story in raw footage.
> Have a great feel for timing.
> Know how to effectively utilize music in a cut.
> Know how to color correct and grade (especially working with log footage).
> Have experience editing unscripted content.
> Can work both independently and in a team.
> Can take ownership of their work and meet tight deadlines.

> Know how to make beautiful motion graphics.
> Have experience with shooting and lighting.
