Thank you for helping us plan for the coming school year by completing this brief survey.  We appreciate your help in understanding your plans for the coming year.  

This year we're sending the same survey to all families.  As a reminder to our non-resident families please note:

 * Once a child is enrolled under the School of Choice program, he/she continues enrollment until graduation.  No additional registration is needed.  

*  Students who are attending with a Letter of Release from their resident district are here on a one year exemption.  You must apply and be accepted under the School of Choice program in order to continue enrollment.  

*  Children of non-resident SJPS employees remain enrolled for the duration of employment.
