Everett Mall Pop-Up  April 2022
Date: April 9th & 10th, 2022

This pop-up market is in the Everett Mall.  Some of the rules outlined are theirs, which we are contracted to follow.  
 
APPLICATION

Please read the entire application.  You are responsible for all the information here.  

Applications will be evaluated on a first come basis.  
Direst Sales are allowed at our pop-ups.  Please check with your company to ensure you can participate in a weekend mall pop-up space.  (Note we only accept one of each Direct Sales Companies. Please make sure you put your company name AND the direct sales/multi level company name on the application if applicable.)  

FEES

This is a 2-day pop-up.  You MUST do both days.

10x10 space $90
6x6 space $60

All fees are non-refundable.  If we have to cancel due to Covid restrictions, fees paid will be applied to a future market date of your choosing.
Payments can be sent by Paypal or you can pay inside our store located inside the Everett Mall.  Further instructions are in the acceptance email once you have been accepted.  We no longer accept checks.  

MASKS

Face masks are required.  
NO Face shields.  
Masks must be worn during setup/breakdown, and the entire pop-up.  If you cannot wear one this long, you will need sit out this pop-up.  

BOOTH SHARING

You may share a booth with another company.  Both companies must be on the application, along with the items to be sold by both.  You may not bring items not listed on the application.  

SETUP / BREAKDOWN INFO

Setup will start at 8am.  We will enter through the service entrance where the Regal Theatres are.  This is the closest service entrance to our spaces.  

Please make sure not to scruff up the floors when loading in and out.  Make sure your carts wheels are clean / do not have rocks in them or hard spots that will scruff the floors.  

We operate the same as the mall hours.  Packing up early will not be tolerated.  If you pack up early you will not be allowed to return as a vendor to our events.  

MATERIALS

You are responsible for supplying your own tables, chairs, and all other display materials you will need for setup.  Table clothes must be floor length.  

You are required to have hand sanitizer on your table for shoppers and for yourself.  

FOOD
The food court will be open, as well as several other restaurants in the building.  
There is no eating at the booths.  There is a breakroom in the back for you to eat in.  We will have volunteers to help give you a break.  Drinks are okay at the booths.
