OCDSB International Language Program (ILP) - EVENING SESSIONS - Registration Request Form for Merivale High School Students 2023-2024
INSTRUCTIONS for Parents/Guardians and Students:

Merivale Students MUST register using this MERIVALE form. There are NO in-person options for the 2023-2024 school year.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays evening

Time: 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Mode of instruction: virtually/remotely (through Google Meet and Google Classroom)

Start date: January 16, 2024

End Date: June 6, 2024

Last date of registrations: January 22, 2024

Please complete and submit this form.  Your child's guidance counsellor will register the student online using the Ontario eLearning Consortium registration website (PRISM).

Once registered, you will receive an email from the eLearning Consortium indicating that the student has been added to a waitlist. When a student is accepted from the waitlist, they will receive an email confirming that they are registered and on a class list.

Please VERIFY that language course code and mode of instruction are correct. Notify Guidance immediately of any errors. Courses will run based on sufficient enrolment and are subject to cancellation.
