Please read the below registration requirements prior to registering.

This year we are streamlining the registration process to make things easier for our registration team.

a.    All individuals need to fill out an individual registration form. This also includes couples. Payment will be required at time of confirmation of acceptance to Encuentro Elegante Seattle Event.

b.    For couples – Please list the name of your partner in the comment section of the registration form. To be a couple you must either be married or a life partner. Please remember all individuals will be placed on a waiting list as our team matches individuals to ensure we maintain a role balanced event.

c.     For Single Leaders or Follows: Each individual will have to register for Encuentro Elegante Seattle. Each individual will be placed on a waiting list as our team matches individuals to ensure we maintain a role balanced event.

d.    Please fill out the form accurately and completely. If we receive a form that is not filled out completely we will send you an email for the missing information. This will delay your registration process.

e.    Refunds will be given, up until August 1, 2024. No refund will be granted after August 1, 2024.
