Please read this document carefully, any requests after August 25 are not guaranteed busing the first week. Requests after Aug 25th may take up to 10 days as the volume of changes during this time is very high and takes time to go through. If your address changes after filling out bus request, fill out new request and note it in comments that you moved.
Please fill out one registration for each student.
Please complete this bus form regardless if your child
will need transportation or
will not need transportation. This information will be used for efficiency purposes and planning for parent traffic patterns at each of our locations.
Due to bus driver shortages, please do not register to ride if only planning to use as a backup.Do Not complete this form if your child is provided special transportation per their IEP. Please contact your child’s case manager.
