Social Circle Form

For Early Childhood classes, we will be prioritizing enrollment for those who create their own Social Circle of 6-10 children. Class day/time will be coordinated and then reserved for each Social Circle. Maintaining distancing with preschool children is not full proof, and with our lobby closed we need children to be comfortable separating at the foyer door. Creating a Social Circle of children who are comfortable with each other and who’s parents are comfortable with each families choices, is a great solution for everyone to be comfortable.

How it works
• Talk to your friends about creating a Social Circle for dance class.
• Decide what type of class(es) you are interested in.
• Nominate one parent to fill out this form for your group.
• We will communicate with the nominated parent and book a class day/time for your Social Circle.
• If you need help forming a group, don’t worry we’ll help connect families. Just fill-out this form and indicate that
you want us to find a group for your child.

Social Circles will take place in-person for Scenario A-B, and if we move to Scenario C-D the group will
