Please fill out the questions below regarding your request to use the the University vans. Please note that filling out this form does not mean you are guaranteed any van as it is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please note that the Batten Center does not provide drivers to and from any event. Departments are required to find their own drivers.
Prior to utilizing the vans, individuals should review the VWU Van Guidelines and Agreement, which is located at

All participants on VWU-sponsored trips must complete an Assumption of Risk and Responsibility/Field Trip Experience Form prior to travel. The forms should go with you on the trip and a digital copy should be sent to Mike Pettry (mpettry@vwu.edu). The form can be found at -
https://tinyurl.com/27kpu7fc There is a $40 a day fee for use of the van. The group utilizing the vans are responsible for any tolls and for returning the van with a full gas tank. All vans are now equipped with VA EZ-Passes. If vans are returned with excessive trash or dirt, you may be charged for the cleaning of the van.
