Tournament Advance Request
Upon request the Ayr Rockets will provide Tournament Advances to teams prior to the collection of fees from a Team Budget.

Form must be completed for each Tournament Advance.

Re-Payment is due no later than November 15th.

Ayr Rockets will not advance money to teams once the season has begun and budgets are in place.

Ayr Rockets will provide Tournament Advances via cheque to Team Contact (EMT or CC Payments) or Tournaments directly.

The Team Contact promises to pay the Ayr Rockets Girls Hockey Association the sum of the above request no later that November 15th.

Should payment not be received by November 15th, the Team Contact may be required to pay the total plus 2% interest calculated monthly on the 15th of each month.
