Thank you for viewing our students’ community projects! To acknowledge their efforts, please provide feedback by answering the following questions. The workshop facilitators will share your responses with the respective students. At the bottom of the form, you will be given the option to stay anonymous.

Please keep in mind that our participants are at varying levels of skills and abilities. This may be the first time for some students to engage in such projects so we ask that you give constructive feedback (ex: useful tips for the future). Spelling and grammar are not priority; critical thinking, risk-taking and the sharing of personal experiences are more important in this program.

Project codes can be found on the main project webpage. If you move your cursor over a project thumbnail, you should see the project code underneath the students' names. One Feedback Form is for one project. Please submit a *new* Feedback Form for your next project viewing.
