Agreement: Enumclaw Plateau Farmers’ Market agrees to provide benefits corresponding to the level of sponsorship. The sponsor agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enumclaw Plateau Farmers’ Market, its elected and appointed officials, agents, employees, and volunteers, from any and all claims, losses, damages, or injuries caused by or resulting from the sponsor’s acts or omissions, except for any portion caused by Enumclaw Plateau Farmers Market’s sole negligence. Enumclaw Plateau Farmers Market does not guarantee any benefit or profit to the sponsor or any person who participates or partakes in the Enumclaw Plateau Farmers’ Market events.
