We have a one-hour minimum drop in visit.

Reservations are not required - however your child's spot is not guaranteed without one.

Payment Policy
All drop-in visits require prepayment which can be done through Brightwheel. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, a $13 cancelation fee will apply to your account. The remainder of the prepayment will be applied to your account as a credit. Refunds are not offered. If you do not show up for your reservation you forfeit the entire deposit. Prepaid specials (such as $5/days, BOGO deals) are not able to be canceled and are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

Any unused pre-payment will be applied as a credit on your child's account and can be used on a future visit.

If you need to make changes to a current reservation, we ask that you cancel the current reservation and

re submit a new reservation form.

You are responsible for paying for your total reservation time regardless of attendance. No exceptions.
