Please complete this form if your school/organization plans to attend the 2022 Student Conference. We need the approximate number of students attending, but no names or information at this time. You will only pay for the students that you register on November 1st when the final participant list is due. For your planning, please remember 1 adult for every 10 students!

Based on 9-12 student enrollment in your building, individual high schools are now limited to bringing:
2,000+ students = 20 student delegates
1,000+ students = 15 student delegates
0-1,000 students = 10 student delegates

This form must be completed by October 15th to attend the 2022 Student Conference.
