The current design schedule allots for physical phone conversations to be scheduled weekday evenings after 5:15pm or anytime on the weekends. Communication by e-mail or text can sometimes gain a quicker response through the weekdays.
General Information
The K Connection requires a 50% deposit at the start of each project after the design contract is signed.  Clients will have a review period to make modifications before the site goes live.  The balance will be due prior to site launch date.

The K Connection offers a monthly management service to handle items such as your domain (web address), marketing ads, social media posts, Google search engine optimization, and more.  Check the SERVICES link on our website for details and pricing.  If you use these features but eventually end your services with The K Connection, your domain can be transferred to any other host provider you choose.
