This form allows Puget Sound students with extra Dining Dollars (D$) to donate up to D$30 per semester to a campus-managed "Dining Dollars Bank."  Students who are low on D$ AND do not have the resources to replenish them can request D$ support by completing the request form starting on April 12. You may also donate D$ by visiting the DCS office (8:30am-4:30pm, M-F).

All information shared here goes directly to DCS for processing.  Names and ID numbers are kept strictly confidential outside of those purposes.

Remember, you can donate anywhere from D$1 to D$30 per semester.  Amounts greater than D$30 per semester will be recorded as D$30.
