2012 SCC Ladies Better Ball Entry Form - Monday, July 18.
A digital registration form for all participants to use.  Cost $170 per team.  Price includes golf, pre-round snack, and an opportunity for prizes and dinner following golf.
Depending on number of entrants we expect to have 4-5 flights.
Handicap indexes will be taken from the Golf Canada Network site one week prior - if your Club is not part of the program, please present confirmation of your current index at registration.
