Performer Costume Measurements ~ Spring 2023
Please take time to accurately measure your performer (use a separate form for additional performers in your family).  Do not guess.  These measurements are vital to the costume teams.  All measurements should be listed in inches.  Female performers should wear a leotard while being measured.  When asked for street clothing sizes, please indicate YOUTH or ADULT.  We understand that sizing can vary from brand to brand, and sometimes kids are in between sizes.   The costume teams will use this data as a launching point for pulling inventory/ordering.  Your child will be individually fitted for each costume to ensure proper fit & comfort.  Thank you!
