Strength & Conditioning: 5 week Series Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in Strength & Conditioning with Allie Smith!

This class will run for a 5 week session.  You may take class on either Wednesday evenings (7:40 - 8:30PM) OR Friday Mornings (10:00 - 10:50AM).   Class available as a full series, or a one time drop in.  This session will run from Wednesday August 26th thru Friday September 25th via Zoom.

Once registered for class you will be sent an invoice and a waiver to sign.  Once payment and waiver are returned, zoom links will be sent out prior to each class.

Class Description:
In this virtual group class, we will expand, strengthen, and refine your body's movement capabilities based on your individual goals. Each class incorporates mindfulness practices, strength and agility drills, resistance and weight training, and careful attention to alignment and posture, all of which also promote cardio endurance and enhanced quality of life.

The series will begin with more gentle, neuromuscular-based exercises to honor our recent stay-at-home experience. We will progress to timed activities and more powerful movements toward the end of the series.

No props necessary; however, you may choose to tailor your workout with a resistance band, yoga block, and/or tennis ball.
