Our goal is to build the best Accessory Dwelling Units and help Garden House owners share their excitement and experiences with others. As an owner or affiliate, you can earn $1,000 per unit when your friends and family use your referral link to request a Garden House Quote and transition to a sustainable future.

The Garden House referral program is a great way to give your clients, readers, customers and friends a discount and earn some revenue. For every individual Garden House sale you refer, we will mail you a $1,000.00 check and we will give the person you refer a $1,000.00 referral discount on the Garden House model of their choice.

This happens every time your referral code is used so share it with everyone you can!

The check will be mailed after the new unit construction is complete and all invoices, and retainages have been paid in full.

As a reminder, we are only building in Yakima and Kittitas counties at this time.

Eligibility

Must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for benefits and are non-transferable or redeemable for cash. The referrer is responsible for all income taxes and local requirements and fees. Program and awards are conditional on and subject to local laws and regulations.

Nothing in the referral program shall be deemed to create any kind of relationship between the referrer and Inversion Design Build. The referrer has no authority to represent or bind Inversion Design Build.

Good Faith

We introduce programs such as these in good faith and expect the same good faith in return. Please note that we may withhold awards where we believe customers are acting in bad faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of this program. To be clear, commercializing, advertising, publishing, mass distributing, selling or paying for use of referral links is not appropriate, and we will not honor such links.
