What is a "LIVING GRACE" group? biblical truths + science = practical tools.
For whom? Any adult individuals living with anxiety, depression and other mental health difficulties and who have the stability to participate. These groups will be facilitated by volunteers from the Catholic church, so we will likely add Catholic resources to the nondenominational curriculum.
How? small groups of 8-12 people using the LIVING GRACE GROUP curriculum
When: Wednesdays 7-8:30 PM, 16 consecutive weeks, starting October 27th. This group is open for starting any time. Even though we have already started, we welcome newcomers.
Where: Classrooms 5a&b , St John Neumann Catholic Church, 5101 Alton Pkwy, Irvine, CA 92604. The stairs to the loft are at the back of the church on the right hand side (near the bathrooms).
