MAHA Mindfulness Workshop
Join MAHA on January 27, 2021 from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm for a discussion on how we can use mindfulness to help us navigate our world during COVID-19. This workshop will teach you how to practice mindfulness, how mindfulness can help you in your daily life, and how mindfulness can be a tool to navigate bullying and work on suicide prevention.
