I understand that there is no guarantee that power will be available, and I will be responsible for providing everything I need for my booth - my own table, tent, tent stakes or weights, chairs, extension cords, signage, and anything else I may need. The event will not provide these things.

I understand that the set-up time begins at 8:00am the morning of Saturday, June 1, and that I must be completely set-up by 9:45am. My location will be provided by the vendor coordinator, whom will send a map with my location the day before the event. *

Monmouth Has Pride (MHP) reserves the right to prohibit anyone from selling any product. At the discretion of the MHP Committee/Vendor Coordinator, a product may also be withdrawn from sale in response to customer complaints or if the produce/product does not meet MHP standards.

MHP is not responsible for loss or damage. There will be no discrimination according to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender, age, religion, or nationality. Proselytizing, certain types of advocacy, and military recruitment are not allowed at this event. *
