Neither the South St. Paul Parks Department nor Flight Deck is responsible for any harm, injury, or damage that may occur from my use of the park. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, and any other loss.

Liability Release: I hereby release, waive, and discharge any claims against the South St. Paul Parks Department, Flight Deck, their agents, officers, or employees from any claims arising from my use of Kaposia Park.

Photo and Video Consent: I agree that photos and videos taken during my visit may be used for promotional purposes by Kaposia Park, Flight Deck, and its affiliates.
