Sessions will be held on Sundays - October 17, 24, 31 & November 7.

15s & 16s     3:00 - 5:00 pm
17s & 18s     1:00 - 3:00 pm

All sessions are at The Fitness Equation, 44693 Brimfield Drive, Ashburn, VA 20147.

Cost is $35 per session.

Payment due at the time of registration.
