Discover and deepen your home herbal medicine knowledge to build resiliency during these trying times. This series will be an opportunity to have live time with a community herbalist, ask your questions, and hear simple ways to maintain a strong wellness foundation during these unknown times. Stay healthy and informed this spring with ethical foraging, plant I.D., simple recipes, tick and Lyme safety, and allergy support formulas. 

This class is free for all Apprentices and CSA Members of Sweet Birch Herbals.
