OPEN to Youth ages: 11 - 15 years

Full Day Course (6.5 hours)

NOTL Youth Campus @ 1570 Niagara Stone Road (Cornerstone Town Campus)

Doors Open - 8:30 am

Course Starts: 9:00 am

Course Concludes: 3:30pm

Youth must participate in FULL DAY program and complete all course requirements in order to attain their certificate.

Youth must come with allergy friendly lunch and two snacks (AM/PM) - see details restricted list below

Wear comfortable clothing

Bring re-usable water bottle

Pre- Registration is required (MAX 20 youth for this program - if program sells out - a second course will be added at a later date)

We hope you are in agreement with these registration policies and will help us ensure we are making the most of our community funded programs.

PRIVACY RELEASE: Information provided in this registration will be shared with / given to Cornerstone Community Church (CCC) Niagara (host location / insurance purposes), St. John's Ambulance (for registration and certification purposes).

NO SHOW Policy: I understand that when I register my child for this course, the NOTL Youth Collective is being charged and should my child not show up for the certification, I am expected to donate cost of the program to cover the unused registration. NYC understands life happens, so if you are not able to attend, please let us know at your earliest convenience and we will make every effort to fill the space from our waitlist. Thank you.

NON-Completion Policy: I understand that once my child attends (checks in) to the course, if they do not stay for the entire course, they will not receive their certificate and you will be requested to donate the cost of the registration back to the NOTL Youth Collected to cover the unused registration fees.
