Video Request Submission Form
The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) is proud to provide high-quality video production for a wide variety of needs. As you submit this request form, please consider the various aspects and overall vision for your project. Any details and ideas that you are able to provide before we sit down to discuss the project will be useful for us as we prepare to assist you and result in a successful video production. Please note that we do ask that the point person for this project is able to commit a certain amount of time to meeting with our production team to determine the direction for the requested video and important details as well as reviewing footage cuts.

A CCIU employee will be in touch with you via phone or email within two days of receiving your request form.
