2024 Rules & Conditions

1. Contestant must be 13 years of age on October 31, and cannot be 16 on October 31 of the year when the local pageant is held at the local fair.

2. Contestant must be a full-time resident of Kentucky and a U.S. citizen.

3. Contestant must be single (never married, never had a marriage annulled, and never had children).

4. Contestant must compete in interview -business interview attire and formal evening gown. On-stage question at judges discretion if tie breaker is needed.

5. Former Queens of Miss Teen Purchase District Fair are ineligible to complete.

6. If a contestant has previously won another County Fair Pageant this year, she is ineligible to enter the Miss Teen Purchase District Fair Pageant. Contestant can only represent one Fair.

7. Winner must conduct herself as deemed appropriately by pageant committee or forfeit title and right to compete at state.

8. Winner of Miss Teen Purchase District Fair (open to Kentucky residents) will represent the Purchase District Fair at the Miss Teen Kentucky County Fair pageant in October 2024.
