This form is for students (both in-person and remote) who are requesting to-go meals.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION/DATES

All in-person (hybrid) students can start grabbing a free lunch and/or breakfast while in school if they choose.

Remote students and in-person (hybrid) students may receive free lunch and breakfast from the school to have at home while remote learning.

In-person (hybrid) students can pick up their to-go meals in school at the end of the day.

Remote families can pick up their to-go bags (they will contain 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches) on Wednesdays from 10am to noon at your child’s school.

In-person (hybrid) students can pick up their meals before they leave for the day.

If your child is already receiving meals, they will continue to receive them and do not need to request again.

The district also wants to make it clear that this is an extension from the state and is only good through December 31st or until funding runs out, i.e. this is not funded for the whole school year and could be discontinued at any time (per the state).
