Rules:
This is a load in/load out event. You will need to dolly or carry in your display/booth and your merchandise. Each vendor is responsible for providing and assembling their own display. Wrigley Drive will be closed and can be used by vendors for set-up, restocking and take-down.
Set up time is 6:00 - 9:30 am Saturday.
You must be ready for business before 10 am on Saturday.
You must continue to serve customers until 4 pm on Sunday.
We will be contacting you by email, so please keep us advised if contact information changes.
Toilet facilities are located at the North end of the park.
There will be no refunds for cancellation after acceptance, removal for cause, bad weather or acts of nature. There is no rain date.
Municipal ordinances prohibit alcohol and animals in the park.
Each vendor assumes full responsibility for the care, safety and security of their employees and property. The Lake Geneva Arts Foundation, its Board of Directors and Members, and the City of Lake Geneva assume no responsibility or liability for accidental damage, theft, vandalism or lost property.
You are not permitted to sell bottled water as it is sold by GLAF as part of the fundraiser.
You are required to keep your area clean and to use approved waste receptacles.
Minimum age for applicants is 18 years.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and insurance.
A copy of your vendor license must be posted during the event.
