2024 Camp Registration
Please complete this form if you are enrolling your child in one or more of our camp dates. After we have reviewed your registration form we will send you an invoice with your registration and deposit fees + your summer payment schedule. Once your registration and deposit invoice is paid your child will be officially booked for camp. Camp spots are only held once payment has been received. Campers are registered on a first come, first served basis. Camp registration will close May 17th, 2024.

FULL WEEK CAMPS - If you will be booking your child for a full week then please complete this section and select which week(s) your child will be attending. Each week is 4 days long (M-Th) and camps are open from 8 am to 5 pm. If you are only selecting single dates, please skip this section and answer the following section instead)
Choosing Specific Camp Dates: Which dates are you interested in booking? (Please list each date in mm/dd format and use commas to separate each date. Example: 06/01, 07/02, 08/03. Single camp dates can only be selected for the dates we are OPEN.
The deposit to hold and guarantee your selected camp date(s) is 40% of your selected camp balance. Deposits are non-refundable. If you are registering in March or April and would like to split your deposit payment into two 20% payments please contact us directly after completing this form. Please mark "yes" below to confirm you have read and understand the deposit policies *
There is a one time registration fee of $50.00 per child that will be included on your deposit invoice. This includes a camp t-shirt that your child will receive on their first day of camp. Please select what size youth t-shirt your child would like. If your child would like an adult size please indicate that in the "other" section. *
Camp registration closes on Friday May 17th, 2024 11:59pm. Please be sure to book all of your camp dates by that time. If space is available camp dates may be booked after May 26th and a $25.00 late booking fee will apply. *
Once you have completed this form you will receive an email within 72 business hours with your deposit invoice. Your invoice will include the links to the mandatory waiver and the Policy Packet. You can also find the waiver link and registration packet on our website. Both the waiver and policy packet must be completed and returned on or before your child's first day of camp. We will send reminders out for you to complete these forms prior to camps beginning. *
Payments: Deposits and the registration fee are due once you receive your deposit invoice.   -June camp balances are due on or before May 31st, 2024  -July camp balances are due on or before June 28th, 2024 -August camp balances are due on or before July 26th, 2024 -Final camp balances will be due no later than August 16th, 2024.  *Campers may not attend camps unless camp balances are paid. Late fees may apply. *
Completing this form has not guaranteed your child's enrollment in camp. If we are booked on your selected dates we will contact you with available openings. Your child's spot is only confirmed and held once you have received and paid the deposit and registration fees.  *
