Places of Worship are now required by law to collect details of worshippers and to keep these for 21 days for the purpose of Track & Trace to identify people who may have been exposed to the virus. Your information will be stored for a period of one month and will only be shared with NHS Test and Trace where necessary to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

You will be given a unique number. Please give this number to the person logging details for every salah.
