Booking form for "Music for two Marys": Patrick Craig LIVE workshop on 12th November 2022 at Bosham Village Hall
This workshop has now taken place.
Patrick Craig invites us to spend a day exploring some of the wonderful music written in honour of Mary Magdalen and Mary the Mother of Jesus. Subject to the forces available, Patrick hopes to include works by Guerrero, Victoria, Lassus, Croce, and Palestrina. For more details of the music, a biography of Patrick Craig, and important practical information - eg about the venue, catering arrangements and timetable - see the event flyer at this link. The flyer will also be available from the SEMF website.

The workshop is suitable for voices plus the following instruments: strings (viol & violin families), lower recorders (especially Bass or GB) and other “soft wind”, and players of plucked strings (theorbo etc) who are happy to play from score. If in doubt, please ask! Acceptance will be subject to musical balance. Players who are prepared to sing for part of the time are especially welcome. Pitch is A=440.

The deadline for booking was Thursday 3rd November.

Information on covid safety precautions appropriate at the time will be emailed to participants before the workshop.  If you have received a positive test, or have any symptoms (eg a sore throat or a persistent cough) which could be covid-19, or have been asked to self-isolate, please do not come to the workshop, and let the organiser know; your fee will be refunded on request.
