When we fill out this form, we affirm and clarify our commitment to participate in Practice Period, and support and be supported by the Shuso, Sue Oehser (Jumyo Seishin / Bright Pearl Pure Faith). Sojun Roshi encouraged us to start with the feeling, "I want to do everything!" And then consider what is realistic given our life situations. Please participate as fully as you can.

WHAT WE EXPECT:
• Participants attend at least three week-day sittings per week at BZC or online.
• Participants attend the opening ceremony on Saturday, May 13, at 3:10 PM (in person or online).
• Participants have dokusan/practice discussion with Hozan Sensei or a senior student at least once during the practice period. Names and contact info are posted on the BZC website Teachers tab.
We will continue with our Covid safety protocols, requiring at least one vax booster, wearing N95, etc, masks, and limiting in-person attendance to 32 people.
Note that this form confirms your participation in Practice Period overall. Some programs - sesshin, class, work day, and Practice Period dinner, - will also have their own sign up forms.
