If your serial number is part of the 3G Migration, please select '3G Migration' as the reason for disconnection to be exempt from the 30 day notice period.  

We have a policy of 30days notice for disconnections. 

Early Termination Fees(ETFs) may apply.  Someone will be in contact if they do.

Some devices have Iridium (Satellite) installed with them – please supply both serial numbers

If you pay for your devices through Telstra please contact your Telstra dealer to disconnect.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
